Ms. Delannes-Molka is a dedicated and passionate Associate Attorney at Whitewood Law.

Ms. Delannes-Molka joins Whitewood Law after graduating cum laude and earning a Juris Doctor degree from New York Law School, where she served as a Staff Editor for New York Law School’s Law Review and Executive Editor for New York Law School’s Moot Court team.

During law school, Ms. Delannes-Molka was a student member of the Fashion Law Committee and the New York Intellectual Property Law Association. Ms. Delannes-Molka also participated in the PTO Trademark Clinic as a student intern, where she gained experience in trademark prosecution. In her final year of law school, she interned with Federal District Judge Michael Shipp in the District of New Jersey. During this time, she gained exposure to the federal judicial system, which strengthened her legal advocacy and persuasive writing skills.

Prior to law school, Emilie graduated cum laude from the State University of New York at Geneseo, earning a bachelor’s degree in communications.
